Boundary Amendments

The title diagram does not always represent the land possessed within your boundary occupation. Sometimes there is an error with the title diagram, there may be a warning as to the accuracy of the dimensions, the title may still be General Law Land or extra land may be adversely possessed. Many of these differences can be corrected on the advice of a licensed surveyor, in consultation with a legal professional.

Boundary amendment surveys:

  • Correct title errors under section 103 of the Transfer of Land Act
  • Adverse Possession Claim under section 60 of the Transfer of Land Act
  • Amend the title boundaries under section 99 of the Transfer of Land Act
  • Removal the warning (as to dimensions) under section 26P of the Transfer of Land Act
  • Convert old general law title to Torrens title by survey under Section 15 Transfer of Land Act
