Apartments

Completed in 2014 the E589 apartments were 5 years in the making. Farren Group was engaged in conjunction with Architects EAT to provide planning, surveying and subdivision services. With over 100 apartments and 10 stories high it stands as an impressive addition with Melbourne’s skyline.

Renovation

Completed in 2011 the Hannan Street renovation went on to win two Building Designers Association of Victoria Awards in 2012. Farren Group was engaged by Dig Design to conduct a title re-establishment survey to confirm the proposed renovation could be designed within the existing restrictions on title.
